Important Notes
*1. Welcome Reception (November 8)
A name tag is required for entry to the Welcome Reception, which will be held at Fukuoka Sunpalace Hotel & Hall, next to the Congress Center.
There will be no registration desk at the reception venue. If you plan to attend, please complete your registration at the Registration Desk in the Congress Center by 18:00 before heading to the reception.
*2. Buffet Party (November 10)
A name tag is required for entry to the Buffet Dinner, which will be held at Grand Hyatt Fukuoka.
There will be no registration desk at the dinner venue. If you plan to attend, please complete your registration at the Registration Desk in the Congress Center by 17:00 on November 10 before heading to the dinner.
3. On-site Registration
On-site registration fees can be paid by credit card only.
4. Accompanying Family Member(s)
The registrant who made the application should complete registration at the Registration Desk on behalf of any accompanying family member(s). Name tags for accompanying family member(s) will be issued at that time.
Name Tags
Please wear your name tag at all times at the conference venue, including the Welcome Reception and Buffet Party venues.
Badge Ribbons
Badge ribbons are available to indicate roles such as Session Chair and Presenter, please pick up the appropriate ribbon near the Registration Desk and attach it to your name tag.
Congress Kit
Participants registered for the “Superpass” or “Conference” category will receive a Congress Kit at the Registration Desk.
Cloak
There is no cloakroom at the venue. Please use the coin lockers, which are located on the 1st floor of the Fukuoka International Congress Center and at the adjacent Fukuoka Sunpalace Hotel & Hall.
