Call for Late Breaking News (LBN) Papers
APMC 2026 invites submissions to the Late Breaking News (LBN) session, providing an opportunity to present the most recent and significant advances in microwave and RF engineering.The LBN track is intended for high-impact, up-to-date research results that were not ready by the regular submission deadline. This track enables rapid dissemination of cutting-edge developments to the international microwave community.
Scope and Topics
Submissions are welcomed in all areas relevant to APMC 2026.
Submission guidelines
- ·Papers must present original and previously unpublished work
- ·Manuscripts must be submitted in final (camera-ready) format
- ·No revision will be allowed after submission due to the rapid review process
- ·Papers must be written in English
- ·Authors must follow the APMC 2026 paper template and formatting requirements
- ·Submission will be handled via the EDAS system
Important Dates
- ·Submission site open: 12 August 2026
- ·Submission deadline: 17 August 2026 (strict)
- ·Notification of acceptance: 31 August 2026
- ·Copyright submission: 4 September 2026
Note: Due to the tight timeline, authors have no chance to revise the paper after the acceptance.
Presentation Format
- ·Accepted papers will be presented in Late Breaking News sessions (oral or interactive forum format)
- ·At least one author must present the paper at the conference
Publication
- ·Accepted LBN papers will be included in the conference program. (Eligibility for publication in IEEE Xplore and IEICE Proceedings will be subject to APMC policies and quality requirements.)
