IEICE Transaction on Electronics Special Issue
Authors of all papers submitted to APMC 2026 (but not limited to APMC 2026) can submit an updated version of their papers to IEICE Transactions on Electronics “Special Section on Microwave and Millimeter-Wave Technologies,” which will be published in November 2027. The paper submission deadline is Nov. 16, 2026.

A : In the paper submission process, please indicate in the box of "[9] Any further inquiries and comments to the IEICE Transactions Section" that you wish to apply for the article publishing charge discount of Overseas Membership Development Program (OMDP). After Manuscript ID of your submitted paper is notified via email, please send it to trans-c@ieice.org so that the editorial committee can confirm your eligibility.

A : Yes, all the papers published in or after August 2023 issue of IEICE Transactions on Electronics will be open access through J-STAGE.
