Pre-Registration (Early-bird & Advance) and On-Site Registration
- Those who wish to participate in the 2026 Asia-Pacific Microwave Conference (APMC 2026), including the presenters, session chairs, committee members, etc., are requested to register from the registration system
- Pre-Registration (Early-bird & Advance) is available on the APMC 2026 website from August 12 to October 23, 2026.
- Those listed below should not register through the pages above. Please follow the instructions provided by the organizer.

- For Presenters: Registration and payment must be completed by the deadline above. Otherwise, your presentation will be excluded from the program.
- After October 23, 23:59 (JST) / October 23, 14:59 (UTC), only on-site registration will be available.

- ・ Workshop registration does not include admission to the Conference technical sessions.
- ・ Student registration does not include the Buffet Party. A Buffet Party ticket may be purchased separately.

- Student: Those who selected "Student" are required to upload a copy of their student ID through the registration system.
- Retired: "Retired" is defined as a person who is attaining the age of 60 years as of November 8, 2026, and not gainfully employed.
Those who selected "Retired" are required to upload a copy of their legal ID on their birthday through the registration system. - Accompanying Family Members: Those who pre-registered for the "Conference" (or "Superpass") can register their family members for APMC 2026.
Accompanying Family Members should be the registrant's family or relative, such as his/her spouse, sibling, child, etc., who will not attend the conference sessions, but will participate in the conference's official events, such as the "Welcome Reception", the "Buffet Party".
- Registration will not be confirmed until payment is completed.
- Payment must be made by credit card.
- All payments must be in Japanese yen.
- All Fees include Japanese consumption tax (10%).
- The registration fee will be charged by “JTB Corp.”, which is an official registration desk of APMC 2026.
Optional Items
01. Additional Paper Fee
- Non-student presenters who present multiple papers at the conference are required to pay an additional fee of JPY 50,000 per additional paper beyond the first.
- Only one of this ticket may be purchased. If you wish to present more than two additional papers, please complete an additional registration.
- This ticket is not available for students. Students are not permitted to present multiple papers.
- The purchase deadline is August 31, 2026.
02. Buffet Party Ticket for students
- The student registration fee does not include a Buffet Party ticket. Students wishing to attend the Buffet Party are required to purchase a Buffet Party ticket separately.
- The purchase deadline is October 23, 2026.
Cancellation
- In the event of cancellation, no refund will be made after the completion of payment, no matter what the reason may be.
- Please revise and/or cancel your registration by logging-in to your "My Page".
