Participants can secure their accommodations through the following two methods:
Make a reservation via the APMC 2026 registration system.
The registration system will be available in August.
For the convenience of APMC 2026 participants, a selection of hotels near the venue is available through our official travel agent, JTB Corp.
- All room rates include breakfast, tax, and service charges (per person per night).
- Please note that room availability is limited during the conference period, and reservations will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- We strongly encourage all participants to secure their accommodations as early as possible.

Important Notice: Book your Room Early!
Please be advised that November is an extremely high season for tourism in Fukuoka. In particular, the Grand Sumo Tournament (Kyushu Basho), a major national event, is scheduled to take place in Fukuoka during the conference period.
Due to the influx of Sumo fans, autumn tourists, and other conventions, hotels are expected to be fully booked several months in advance. We STRONGLY recommend that all participants complete their hotel reservations as early as possible to ensure availability.
