Paper Submission

Topics of Interests

We invite submissions of original and unpublished work in all areas related to microwaves, antennas, propagation, devices, circuits, systems, and applications. Please refer to the detailed topics here. Accepted full papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore, subject to meeting IEEE scope and quality requirements.

Technical Paper Submission for Review

  • The deadline for technical paper submissions is May 18, 2026 (11:59 PM Hawaii Time).
  • All paper submissions must be done electronically only through the EDAS system. The link to the EDAS system for APMC 2026 paper submission is at the bottom of this page. You will be asked to enter your email address and password on the EDAS login page. If you do not have an account on the EDAS system yet, please create an account following the instructions on the EDAS site. Hardcopy submissions or email attachment submissions will not be accepted.
  • Make sure that the paper, including figures, tables, and references, the number of pages must be between 3 and 4 (A4, 10-point font, PDF format with embedded fonts). Papers should be prepared in a PDF file, with the file size less than 3MB. For PDF files, use Distiller and select "embed all fonts."
  • Submissions should be done separately for each paper, not for each author. It is acceptable that one author submits two or more different papers separately, but similar papers by the same author(s) will not be accepted.
  • When submitting a paper in the EDAS system, you will be asked:
    • to choose one paper category for your paper (“Oral presentation” or “Interactive forum”)
    • to enter 3 to 5 keywords that would describe your paper (Please refer to the keyword list and IEEE Taxonomy)
    • to enter the abstract of the paper, describing the subject, its importance, and how the work contributes to the field (between 50 and 100 words).
  • In the EDAS system, after the registration of your paper information, upload your paper at “Review manuscript”.

Please Note

  • ·Only original and unpublished work will be considered.
  • ·All submissions will undergo rigorous peer review process by international experts.
  • ·Don't forget to add all co-authors in the EDAS system.
  • ·Language: English
  • ·At least one author must present the paper at the conference. Papers that not presented will not be included in IEEE Xplore.
  • ·Authors must follow all IEICE copyright and ethical guidelines.
  • ·If you enter the APMC 2026 Student Prize, you will need to upload your student ID at “Proof of eligibility” in the EDAS, after the paper upload at the initial submission.

  • ·Registration fee support is provided for authors from the countries EXCEPT G20, OECD, or ASEAN members. The application deadline is the same as the paper submission deadline. For more details, please check Registration Fee Support Program.
  • ·The APMC 2026 Steering Committee prepares the Student Travel Grant Program to encourage their professional growth as future leaders in the field of microwave, who will present their papers at the APMC 2026. Please check Student Travel Grant Program.

Copyright and Ethical Compliance

APMC2026 is organized under the supervision of IEICE (The Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers). Therefore, all submissions must comply with IEICE regulations regarding:

  • copyright and intellectual property
  • duplicate or multiple submissions
  • plagiarism prevention
  • ethical considerations

Note on MWTL Special Issue

If a submitted paper is recommended to the Microwave Workshop and Technical Letters (MWTL), the copyright will belong to IEEE, and the paper will be published in MWTL via IEEE Xplore, rather than as an APMC 2026 conference paper.
